What Am I Farm app for iPhone and iPad

Join us down at the Farm in this version of educational puzzle app aimed at pre-schoolers. Featuring five Farm animals the games include written and spoken/audio clues that relate to the images to help you guide your child to play each game.

Game modes – as seen in What am I Pets and Christmas there is a farm themed Mixed up and Matching game. We love the new games Sheep Shear and Peeka. Adults be warned – you may find shearing sheep a little bit addictive – we do!

Mixed up – in this game you have to get the correct combination of head, body and feet for each farm animal to complete each puzzle. The simple yet fun gameplay will encourage your child to problem solve, recognise the different characters and sounds, learn to read, and develop their fine motor skills.

Matching – in this mini game you have sixty seconds to match as many animals as you can by dragging the Farm animal on the left to its matching image on the right. This helps develop hand to eye co-ordination as well as learn the names of the different farm animals. Also includes local and openfient leader boards to encourage players to beat their previous score.

Sheep shear- in this mini game you have sixty seconds to shear as many sheep as you can by wiping your finger over the sheeps coat to shear or remove its coat. Utilising the iPad tilting functionality you tilt the iPad either left or right to move the sheep and the wool clippings to get your next sheep. Helps develop hand and eye co-ordination. Also includes local and openfient leader boards to encourage players to beat their previous score.

Peeka – in this mini game you asked to find a specific animal on the farm. You scroll across the screen to find the correct animal. You have to find the correct animal before proceeding to the next question. Some animals are easier to find than others! Helps teach different animals names and noises
